Customers must initiate a return request within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Once approved, return instructions will be shared via email. Products must be shipped back within the timeline mentioned in the return confirmation.
3. Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)
After the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit only

Store credit will be processed within 10 business days

Store credit will be issued to the customer account associated with the purchase

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash or refunded to the original payment method
You will be notified via email once your store credit has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
In cases of approved defects or errors from our side, return shipping will be covered by AYMON.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
